Enroll With Rogers County Literacy Council

Adult Basic Education (ABE)

One-on-one tutoring enrollment is available at the literacy office in the Will Rogers Library on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm, call 918-277-4331 to make an appointment. Learners who wish to improve low-level reading, writing, and math skills are tutored one-on-one.

Citizenship Test

Study materials are available at the Literacy Office. Tutoring is available to help improve spoken and written English for the Citizenship test. Annual classes are available to assist with understanding US civics, preparing for the interview, understanding the N-400, call 918-277-4331.

ELL (English as a Learned Language)

One-on-one tutoring enrollment and class enrollment is available at the literacy office in the Will Rogers Library on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm, call 918-277-4331 to make an appointment.

Computer Literacy

Contact the office to learn how you can access free virtual resources. A desktop computer is available in the library. Tablets are also available to check out through the office.

Tutor Training
