Tutors

Prospective tutors need to be 18 or older and attend a training workshop. There are at least two workshops each year. Prior teaching experience is not necessary. Tutors should make a one year commitment to the program. Once trained, tutors are matched with students who they should meet with once or twice a week in our office or another public place.

Tutor/Volunteer Monthly Timesheet

It's vital that the council know how much time all tutors and volunteers devote to council projects. Volunteers must complete a timesheet to report their time spent tutoring/volunteering. Click on the timesheet link below to complete a  time sheet.  Timesheets maybe emailed or brought to the office.
